Victoria Sedova is an accomplished author and literary translator. Her published works include three academic books, four translated novels, a poetry collection, and numerous articles and educational materials for schools, colleges, and universities. Her short stories and poetry have appeared in a variety of regional, national, and international publications. She was born in Russia, grew up in Ukraine, and moved to Canada with her family in 1990s. Victoria lives in Toronto, Ontario, where she continues to write poetry, short stories, and novels. She is a member of the Writers' Union of Canada and the Literary Translators' Association of Canada.
